Sandra Massana
Biography/ Birth of AURA: Sandra Massana is the founder of AURA Matchmaking, a boutique firm created in 2018 with a clear mission: to help demanding and conscious people find their ideal partner through a professional, rigorous and deeply human process.
A graduate in Business Administration and Management from ESADE Business School with an MBA, Sandra spent over ten years developing her career in strategic and business consulting, working at leading firms such as EuroPraxis (Indra Group), Deloitte, and Horwath Consulting. In this environment, she acquired a solid analytical, methodological, and strategic foundation, as well as a deep understanding of decision-making in complex and demanding contexts.
Later, he made the leap into entrepreneurship, leading his own projects in the tourism sector in Barcelona and Ibiza, before creating what would eventually become his most personal and vocational project: AURA Matchmaking.

2. Why is it called AURA Matchmaking?
AURA is an acronym that represents our philosophy:
A – Authenticity: We seek genuine, not superficial, connections.

The name also evokes the psychological concept of the “relational aura”: that invisible yet perceptible energy that surrounds people when they are with someone truly compatible. Our scientific method maximizes the likelihood that two “auras” will connect deeply.
Furthermore, “AURA” in Catalan sounds like “ÀURA” (breeze, fresh air), symbolizing the relief our clients feel after years of searching for a partner without results: finally, they can breathe.
